This 5,000 sqft semi-custom house was completed in 2021. The owners purchased the house towards the end of construction, but were still able to select interior trim finishes, all tile selections, paint colors and countertop materials. Additionally, they added a finished attic, an in-ground pool, and a porcelain patio.
